"Named Folder" is a handy little INIT that everyone will use. On the desktop when "New Folder" (or command-N) is ordered, the new folder will no longer be given the name "Empty Folder" (which, in the past, you had to select and manually change). Instead, a dialog box is presented which allows you to name the new folder before it is created.
